Her Goal
Jeanette left her 20-year corporate career in 2012, founded her own business, Jeanette Rae Consulting, and stepped full time into the world of Executive Coaching and leadership. Her goal was then, and remains now, to devote her time to working with individuals and teams, as a catalyst for positive change.
Qualifications & Credentials
Jeanette is an internationally credentialed professional Coach and Senior Practitioner with EMCC. She holds a Certificate in Coaching Practice from University of Sydney and accreditation in Organisational Coaching & Advanced Coaching Practice (Level 3) from the Institute of Executive Coaching and Leadership (IECL).
Her Team Coaching accreditations include an International Systemic Team Coaching Certificate, from Academy of Executive Coaching (UK), Team Coaching Foundations certificate from Global Team Coaching Institute and Global Team Coaching Accreditation with EMCC. Jeanette also holds a Bachelor of Business from University of Technology, Sydney.

Background & Experience
For more than a decade, Jeanette has had the privilege of working with hundreds of leaders, from emerging leaders through to C suite, amassing over 2000 coaching hours. Her work is backed by evidence-based research and frameworks. She utilises neuro-science, narrative coaching, systems thinking and positive psychology along with reflective practice to inform her Coaching practice.
Previously Jeanette worked in senior leadership and talent development roles with global organisations including General Electric and Vodafone and locally based organisations such as Finsia. Her corporate background coupled with her extensive executive coaching experience equips her with a real insight into the commercial demands, opportunities and challenges of businesses and their implications for its people.
